After over a decade behind the chair—and many years building and growing the original Ambition Salon—I’ve come full circle.

Ambition was my dream brought to life: a 14-station salon filled with the buzz of talented stylists and beautiful transformations. After seven exciting years, I took a step back to create Casi Gill Hair & Co., a slower-paced space where I could focus more on my family, my farm life, and the clients I’ve built deep relationships with over the years.

Now, I’m ready to begin a new chapter. With a fresh perspective and a full heart, Ambition Salon is back—this time with a more intimate feel. It’s softer, more intentional, and rooted in connection. My goal? To grow thoughtfully. To welcome stylists who value the same balance and beauty. And to continue creating stunning, lived-in hair while holding space for those real, heartfelt conversations I love.
