After over a decade behind the chair—and many years building and growing the original Ambition Salon—I’ve come full circle.
Ambition was my dream brought to life: a 14 chair salon filled with the buzz of talented stylists and beautiful transformations. After seven exciting years, I took a step back to create Casi Gill Hair & Co., a slower-paced space where I could focus more on my family and the clients I’ve built deep relationships with over the years.
Now, I’m ready to begin a new chapter. With a fresh perspective and a full heart, Ambition Salon is back—this time with a more intimate feel. It’s softer, more intentional, and rooted in connection. My goal? To grow thoughtfully. To welcome stylists who value the same balance and beauty. And to continue creating stunning, lived-in hair while holding space for those real, heartfelt conversations I love.

She’s a fresh face in the hair industry with a passion for creativity, connection and all things colour. She loves working with dimensional blondes, rich brunettes and lived-in looks that feel effortless and easy to maintain.
She’s also big on product knowledge and enjoys sharing tips to help keep your hair healthy and vibrant long after your appointment.
Her goal is to build long lasting relationships with clients, making sure every visit feels comfortable, personal and enjoyable.
